All purhcases made are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

If you would like to amend your order, please notify us at least 48 hours before the delivery of products or services. Otherwise, additional charges shall be applied. For urgent order, please contact us via whatsapp +852 9445 8118.

Flowers are seasonal, in the event that the flowers required are not available on the markets or are available but only in inferior quality, we reserve the right to use other flowers of similar colour, texture and cost to implement the design as closely as possible.

Every flower is unique, please accept that even the same type of flower may have variation in color and size and we cannot duplicate or re-make the exact floral design twice.

We cannot accept liability in case of unforseen events, such as problems caused by suppliers, traffic issues or else.
